Sheldon Harris

Partner and COO

Sheldon is a Partner with CEO Coaching International where he coaches and leads entrepreneurs and executives in bringing out the best in their teams and organizations to achieve better results and greater success.  This includes diverse industries and business models -- consumer retail, e-commerce, business-to-business sales, franchising, manufacturing and distribution, consumer lending, oil and gas, education, and executive recruiting.   He specializes in turn-around environments, serving intensive 18-month interim CEO engagements with American Agritech and Complete Nutrition.

Having spent 13 years with Costco starting at an entry-level position, he became one of the youngest Warehouse Managers in company history.  He was responsible for 350 employees and $160M in annual sales, overseeing operations in Alaska.  Sheldon also led diverse projects including spearheading Costco’s entry into the Russian market, and launching a new athletic club subsidiary, SportsNation.

He then went to the virtually unknown Cold Stone Creamery. Sheldon helped lead this respected brand’s growth for nearly a decade.  Upon his 2006 departure as President, 1400 stores were operating domestically and internationally making Cold Stone Creamery the 11th fastest-growing franchise nationally.

Sheldon has served as Executive in Residence for Grand Canyon University’s College of Business and as an advisory board member for their Executive MBA Program. He holds advisor/board roles for Ken Blanchard Companies, Y Scouts, Choose Local, Soap Box Soaps, and Combat Athlete Training Systems and is a frequent speaker and guest-lecturer at professional and corporate events nationwide.
