Director of Training & Guest Services

Through her role as the Director of Training and Guest Services at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (a national multi-unit, multi-concept hospitality organization with over 4,000 associates) she has the unique opportunity to infuse training with the direct feedback from Guests.  Heather’s unique approach to ongoing education and development of associates has won her awards and recognition throughout the industry.  Most recently winning the Milkshake Award-the highest honor bestowed in Cameron Mitchell Restaurants.

Her specialty is engaging all levels of the workforce with her humor and memorable “a-ha” moments.  She uses her experience in organizational culture, behavioral economics, and associate learning to facilitate her message in an approachable, fun-loving manner.  Heather is also a lecturer at The Ohio State University’s College of Education & Human Ecology for the Hospitality Management Program
