Tina Hodges - CEO

As of August Tina is the new CEO of Advance Financial.  Tina's role as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer has grown to include the oversight all retail and call center operations, human resources, and learning and development. Advance Financial has grown from three to nearly forty locations with 400 employees and is now the leading provider of alternative financial services in the Middle Tennessee market.

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, she attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Tina earned a Certificate in Medical Technology from Meharry Medical College and a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University.Tina is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Nashville and a supporter of the Bootstraps Foundation of Middle Tennessee and the 18th Avenue Family Enrichment Center. Tina resides in Nashville with her husband Mike and her three daughters, Stella, Sydney and Lola.

Brittni Walker - Customer and Employee Affairs

Brittni now serves as a custodian of culture and work ethic of Advance Financial. She is responsible for developing, delivering and managing all employee events and recognition programs and all Customer appreciation events and programs. Brittni has brought a positive energy to the organization that is unmistakable and is moving the company to a new level of employee and Customer engagement.

During her time in Knoxville, Brittni kept herself busy in a variety of roles, from waiting tables at the Copper Cellar Restaurant to leading cheer camps for Universal Cheerleading Association to serving as the on-site Property Manager at the Orchard of Knoxville. As she thought about the parts of those jobs that she enjoyed the most, she began to realize her true passion was in Customer service. Brittni moved back to Nashville in 2012, accepting a position with Advance Financial as the company’s first Customer and Employee Affairs Coordinator.


Brittni attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Communication Studies.  She is also embarking on her first season as Tennessee Titans Cheerleader where she hopes to share that unmistakable energy with Tennessee’s NFL fans this year.
